Do You Accept Amazon Returns With QR Codes?

We cannot accept Amazon returns that use a QR code only. These QR codes are processed exclusively at The UPS Store locations.

If your Amazon return gives you a QR code only, you will need to visit a UPS Store such as the locations in Worcester, Auburn, or Holden.

However, we can accept Amazon returns that include a printed UPS shipping label. Simply attach the label to your package and drop it off at our store.

If you do not have a printer, you may email the label to us and we can print it for you (printing fees apply).

Can You Create a Shipping Label for Me?

Yes. We can create a shipping label for you right in the store.

You do not need to arrive with a prepaid label. Our team can enter the shipping information, compare carrier options, and print the label for you.

We ship with major carriers including:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

  • USPS

We can also help pack your item securely and choose the best shipping option based on speed and cost.

Do You Accept Package Drop-Offs?

Yes. We accept package drop-offs for multiple carriers, including:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

  • USPS

As long as your package has a valid shipping label, you can drop it off during our store hours.

Is There a Size or Weight Limit for Drop-Off Packages?

No. We do not have a size or weight limit for drop-off packages as long as they already have a valid carrier shipping label attached.

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

Can you pack my item for me?

Yes. We offer professional packing and shipping services for customers who need help preparing their items

We also sell:

Our team can pack your item securely and ship it with the best carrier option available.

 

Do I Need an Appointment for Notary Services?

No appointment is required. We accept walk-in notary services during our normal business hours.

If you need a notary outside of our regular business hours, appointments can be arranged upon request.

Please remember to bring a valid government-issued photo ID for any document that requires notarization. Please do not sign the document before arriving, as many documents must be signed in front of the notary.
